Why We Need You : We're currently seeking a dedicated Scrum Master/program manager to join our team and help drive our agile development processes to new heights.

Your expertise in Agile methodologies, combined with your exceptional leadership and communication skills, will be invaluable in ensuring our team's continued success and in fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

As a Scrum Master/ Program manager in our team, you will:

• Champion servant-leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance within the product teams.
• Streamline development projects by coordinating with internal stakeholders and optimizing workflows through automation and process improvement.
• Empower the team by unblocking obstacles, resolving dependencies, and effectively handling escalation issues.
• Drive cross-functional communication and alignment, connecting product team efforts to the company's broader goals and digital strategy.
• Continuously nurture team growth through coaching, facilitating key Agile ceremonies, and promoting a commitment to excellence.

• Competitive salary: €60,000 - €75,000

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Program Manager, ideally with a background in digital media 
• Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework Models (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale)
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks, impediments, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to rally stakeholders, partners, and coworkers around a shared vision.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced Agile environment, and collaborating with English-speaking teams (English is a MUST)
