The company invites applicants to join their team in reshaping the approach to corporate travel and expenses. As a Sales Development Representative, individuals will play a crucial role in the company's mission to establish itself as a leading provider of expense management software in Europe.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, engaging them through calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Nurture leads and guide them through the buyer's journey to convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Identify key individuals within target companies for productive sales conversations.
  • Use marketing materials to maintain prospect engagement and deliver value.
  • Document all activities and findings meticulously for accurate data tracking.
  • Offer feedback to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
  • Participate in outbound campaigns through cold-calling and targeted outreach.

Package

  • Base Salary: 35k
  • Bonus: 15k (based on meetings generated)
  • Bonus: Uncapped
  • Career Path: Potential to move into Junior AE then Senior AE based on performance

PROFIL RECHERCHé

  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
  • Fluent in Dutch with native-level proficiency and fluent in English.
  • Energetic, creative, and proactive with a strong hunting mentality.
  • Capable of handling objections effectively and empathizing with client pain points.
  • Strong writing skills, particularly for blog posts and email campaigns, are advantageous.
