DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of accounts to drive sustained long-term success
  • Effectively communicating with customers to comprehend their needs and convey the value of our product offerings
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and build trust
  • Proactively developing additional business opportunities with existing customers by informing them about new product features and encouraging broader solution adoption
  • Meeting personal sales targets while also contributing to the overall Sales team's objectives.
  • Identifying key stakeholders and maintaining CRM accuracy
  • Cultivating enduring relationships with allocated clients
  • Expanding commercial ties by recognizing sales prospects and driving follow-ups for renewals and up-sells


 

Package

- 150k OTE

- 70/30 split 

- Bonus uncapped 

PROFIL RECHERCHé

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Account Executive/Manager experience
  • Expertise with enterprise clients and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong relationship-building skills and trusted advisor status
  • Proficiency with Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
