FRONT SOFTWARE ENGINEER (REACT / REACT NATIVE)

Within a pretty startup incubated in 2016, the goal is to refocus the company on tech and product.

Created in 2016, this startup operates in the transport sector and was a transport intermediary specializing in the latest KM. With this expertise, this startup is pivoting in order to refocus its activity on the SaaS platform it had set up for its clients. Product and tech are back at the center. The startup equips its clients with the technical solution.

A second fundraising has been completed, the focus on techno and on the product is taking shape: we are entering the scale up phase with very big challenges for the years to come. The users are there, we are in the second phase, with feedback from the 1st users: the phase where the front is the most important! The challenges are on the front. They are looking for several.

Your main missions

• Solve complex problems on the front: you are able to manage react and react native monorepo, shared libraries, you master StoryBook well
• Set up workflows and build things in efficient and beautiful ways.
• Set up SaaS spaces, put a lot of things in order, improve responsiveness in a Mobile First logic,
• Great flexibility and choice: if you have an idea, a vision and a wish: share it!
• Great flexibility in what you can do: if you want to write articles; become a speaker at conferences or improve your skills in UX / UI or work on the PO / PM part, or on the back: they are open.
• Many, many opportunities for tech projects; Machine Learning, race optimization, UX / UI.
• You may have to change the technical environment if this is justified, take the lead, etc.

• Front: React (Apollo), React Native, Typescript, Storybook and chromatic, HTML5 / CS3
• Back: Elixir
• API: GraphQL
• Good development plant: Git, GitlabCI
• Infra: PaaS (CleverCloud)

• Salary according to profile: between 45K and 55K + a nice envelope of BSPCE
• 50% of the insurance
• 50% of transport

• Remote: possibility 3/4 days a week

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a React dev on the back of the front part, on complex front topics.
• You are able to give your opinion on the tech choices. You go beyond a role of pure developer.
• You are autonomous, proactive and you are able to take a step back and explain your choices.
