Senior Product Designer (H/F)

Alan, Luko, Dalma, those start-ups disrupted the insurance market thanks to web technologies. We help a young Insurtech that aims to achieve the same goal on a part of insurance that has seen no innovation in a long time. This market represents around 15 billion euros in France and no major actor has emerged yet in Europe.

Founded in July 2021, this insurtech already secured a fund raising with famous VCs and Business Angels. The company is now looking for a Product Manager to create the core team.

Stack : Golang, React, Typescript, Javascript, GCP

• Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
• Lead design projects through the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for our design system and component library
• Work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers
• Listen*to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers
• Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the start up

• 4+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
• You love talking to customers, are confident with planning and facilitating user research sessions to understand them better
• You are skilled in explaining your decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
• You care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work until is pixel-perfect
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
