The company has developed several entertainment venues in France, Spain, and England. With hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers in France, they have opened two locations in Spain. Their goal? To allow their customers to have fun with friends or colleagues around an activity appreciated by all.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Context

You’ll be in charge of the Spain market leading the activity and the teams and
at the same time being accountable for the execution of the yearly roadmap and objectives.
You will run the company business in Spain:

  • Approximately 2m€ sales in 2023.
  • 2 direct reports ( the Venue Director and his deputy director), a total team of 20. 
  • You will recruit a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager in Spain who will report to you.
  • You will be reporting to the COO based in Paris and also be working with the headquarters teams based in Paris: Global Marketing, Finance, etc.

 

Your key responsabilities

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the country as well as planning and delivering the growth in the activity:

  • Be fully responsible for the Spanish P&L and the activity of the 2 venues.
  • Grow the B2B & B2C businesses.
  • Ensure the brand positioning in line with HQ guidelines.
  • Ensure an amazing guest experience in line with HQ guidelines.
  • Create a thriving environment for the staff.
  • Achieve and exceed short and long-term goals related to turnover and client satisfaction.
  • Continue to innovate (client experience, business opportunities, staff organization, …).
  • Work on potential future venue openings.

Package

  • Up to 60k annual fixe salary + 10k variable salary (target based bonus).

PROFIL RECHERCHé

  • You’re a Business Unit manager who has a proven record of driving performance.
  • You’re commercially focused and an analytical leader. Constantly reviewing performance to achieve and exceed short- and long-term goals.
  • You like the service and hospitality industry.
  • You have strong leadership skills, who can consistently develop positive and collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a creative and entrepreneurial environment rather than a structured and established work environment.
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
