DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
As a Senior Account Executive, your will be responsible for the health of your business territory:
- Building the Go-to-Market strategies for your verticals and define the best approach to unlock mature industries and complex organisation ;
- Prospecting, building, and developing relationships to maintain active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage in over your territory with the BDR ;
- Managing complex deal cycles, from lead generation to stakeholder mapping and management, value realization, through to contract and commercial negotiation, and deal closure ;
- Consistently closing net-new business and expansions by leveraging a “land-and-expand” strategy ;
- Successfully collaborating with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process where you will identify value and ROI to support customer’s needs ;
- Repeatable, accurate forecasts and commits, reflective of real-time activity.

Reporting to their Head of Sales, the successful candidate should be an entrepreneurial, customer-focused, natural close relation with excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is necessary to be comfortable with the ambiguity and a solid understanding of the emerging and shifting AI industry.
- Leadership and Sales Expertise: Over 5 years of business software sales. Creation and navigation of complex direct sales cycles with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders
- Proven success: You have consistently met or exceeded your SaaS sales quota. Sale of new business and net expansion opportunities to C-level buyers in large companies. Have excellent negotiating skills: you know how to close deals ;
- Advanced relationship skills: Display personal qualities and professional skills that build trust among key stakeholders in target accounts. Ability to develop strong and lasting partnerships with customers, turning them into business and product advocates ready to speak on our behalf ;
- Communication / Presentation Skills: Boost your credibility by demonstrating extensive expertise in AI products, companies, competitors, and industry. Methods and style of expression that naturally highlight global value propositions, inspire leadership and innovation, and attract participation and partnership ;
- Business Judgment: Understands our client's business model and implements sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities and reduce competitive threats. Consistently leads by example with impeccable integrity and professionalism and demonstrates an honest / customer-centric attitude at all times ;
- Significant previous experience in the following sectors is a plus: financial institutions and insurance, aerospace and defense, public services, transport or healthcare.
