Our client is a mobile application tailored for motorcyclists, capable of quickly detecting accidents and dispatching emergency services within 3 minutes.

The application, initially designed for rider safety, has evolved to cater to all motorcyclist needs that can be accommodated on a smartphone. It aims to protect and assist motorcyclists on their journeys. Today, it serves as a comprehensive companion for motorcyclists, offering specialized GPS for motorcycles, expert-curated routes, maintenance logs, travel histories, and features for rider's friends and family.

Based on their remarkable success in France, where they have secured partnerships with 80% of the insurance market, our client is looking for a first Account Executive, future Country Manager, to enter the Italian market.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

More than just a salesperson, they are looking for a future Country Manager who understands the B2B and B2C challenges of the company.

This evolving role will begin with hands-on experience in various areas:

Analyze, adapt, and implement the strategy in Italy:

  • Conduct market research.
  • Define a product modification plan, if necessary, to meet market needs.
  • Establish initial partnerships with insurance companies. 
  • Create a B2B inbound marketing strategy.

Business development:

  • Identify high-potential opportunities. 
  • Initiate and monitor sales prospecting. 
  • Close initial agreements.

Project coordination:

  • Collaborate with the french team to establish partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with the french team to implement B2B marketing actions operationally.
  • Client relations for partnership initiation.

B2C Tasks:

  • Understand the specific needs of motorcyclists in Italy. 
  • Build a community of motorcyclists using the service.
  • Increase the brand's popularity in Italy. 
  • Promote social networks and manage B2C customer support at the start of the role. 
  • Collaborate with the French team to create a B2C communication plan.

Reporting:

  • Develop sales and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor the budget and ensure monthly reporting

Hiring and managing the first employees:

  • Hire a B2C marketing specialist.
  • Manage this person.

Package

  • Annual gross fixed salary of approximately 60k euros, depending on the profile.
  • 10% commission of the generated revenue. 
  • Company car.
  • Full remote including one month of onboarding in France (all expenses covered by the company).

PROFIL RECHERCHé

  • You have a minimum experience of three years as Sales / Account Executive.
  • A minimum knowledge of the motorcycle environment is imperative.
  • A first expérience in B2B prospection is needed.
  • You are bilingual in Italian and English (or French).
  • You have good negotiation skills.
