This scale up develops  an all-in-one community management and engagement platform - it powers communities, help them thrive, and maximize their impact.

Its SaaS platform serves customers across a variety of industries including higher education, non-profit, and corporate. Founded in 2015, today we count more than 900 customers worldwide - including Cartier, WWF, P&G, the United Nations, New York Stock Exchange; as well as both Stanford and Princeton Universities. 

It employs more than 120 people across our offices in Paris, in North America and South east Asia / Oceania and 30 nationalities are represented in the team!


  • Lead, mentor and guide the engineering team.
  • Acting as an effective coach to individual contributors in the organization, in line with company culture and values.
  • Work closely and align with our senior leadership team to translate our vision and priorities into a clear engineering plan.
  • Lead projects from discovery to delivery, driving initiatives that impact a team of 40+ engineers while balancing requirements for reliability, stability with the innovation and velocity required for growth (eg : new features vs technical debt).
  • Build on effective and strong communication across the engineering team, the product development team and various stakeholders.
  • Ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience and well thought, value driven prioritization.
  • Make operational excellence our credo, through focus on execution, on time-completion, and high quality deliverables.
  • Defining the engineering hiring strategy and working closely with group leaders to attract the best talent
  • Developing within the engineering division a culture of excellence, ownership and belonging through strong engineering processes, best practices, performance management scheme and professional development plans.
  • Being accountable for the overall quality of the product we ship and maintaining high SLAs.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of 40+ Software Engineers and QA Engineers with both fully remote and hybrid teams.
  • Experience in scaling and organizing the engineering department to cope with hyper-growth.
  • You love empowering and developing team members. You have a strong track record of creating team cohesion to enable the team to achieve amazing things.
  • Strong engineering background and knowledge in modern engineering practices (e.g : Agile, microservices, cloud based architecture preferably with Google Cloud Platform, mobile app development and deployment…).
  • Business Oriented mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, balancing short and long term needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural, both highly technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluent in English 🇺🇸 and French 🇫🇷.
  • Ability to ship complex projects in an environment with multiple dependencies in a high impact area.
  • Experience in leading multiple teams and managers, and establishing and measuring OKRs.
