The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager is very strategic, he works closely with the various HR managers (Human Resources) to better understand and respond to their needs. Talent Acquisition Manage is also known as the Talent Acquisition Director.

The missions of Talent Acquisition Manage are varied and depend on the size of the hiring company. He is mainly responsible for the sourcing strategy in order to facilitate recruitment. To do this, he analyzes the market and identifies potential candidates. Once the candidates are targeted, he may need to follow the entire recruitment process. More generally, he participates in the HR strategy by setting up an optimized recruitment process, he is a source of proposals and gives advice to the HR teams. Unlike a Recruitment Manager, his role takes on a more business aspect.

To hire highly qualified profiles, it is no longer enough to post advertisements for vacant positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager must have:

The Talent Acquisition Manager can progress to the function of Human Resources Director (HRD). He can also evolve as HR Development Manager or Training Manager.
