The E-commerce Manager develops a dedicated e-commerce strategy to meet the sales objectives of a company. Whether it is about launching an e-commerce site for a physical company, a pure-player or an agency, the E-commerce Manager is driven only by the ROI (Return On Investment) in order to '' increase the company's turnover through digital channels.

 

REQUIRED QUALITIES

- TECHNIQUES -

The E-commerce Manager works on e-merchandising, that is to say he manages and coordinates the commercial operations of the sites under his responsibility (updating of content, selection of slogans, etc.). The E-commerce Manager decides which web marketing channels to use (organic SEO, paid SEA, social media, postings, partnerships, affiliates, or email marketing) to increase website activity. He may also decide to make technical modifications to the site to optimize commercial conversions.

 

The missions of the E-commerce Manager relate to both (CMS, computer languages, etc.), marketing (emailings, referencing, loyalty program) and sales. He also has in-depth knowledge of new technologies in order to optimize the site and activate the relevant ancillary actions.

TRAINING

OPPORTUNITIES

Thanks to the versatility of the position and after a few years of experience, the E-commerce Manager can progress to the positions of Chief Digital Officer, Marketing Director or Sales Director.

 

WAGES

Junior: 35-45 K € (0 to 3 years of experience)

Confirmed: 52-65 K € (4 to 8 years of experience)

Senior: 65-85 K € (8 years and over)
