DREAM JOB DESCRIPTION
Your responsibilities will include :
- Manage the tech team
- Review, refine, and build the technology vision, strategy and roadmap in support of the company goals
- Guarantee a strong product quality, robust architecture and system security
- Motivate and develop a high-caliber technology team, including recruiting strong talent and building a strong bench of managers and technologists.
- Identify opportunities where implementing technological solutions will improve customer experience and/or business performance
- Oversee the company’s technology and IT budgets to ensure that spending aligns with company goals

WANTED PROFILES
- 3+ years of experience as CTO, lead dev or lead architect in a post Serie A startup.
- Strong tech skills in javascript (Typescript) , security and Saas architecture.
- You're looking for responsibilities and having a strong impact within an ambitious startup
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English
