Product Design Lead (H/F)

Bored of identikit web experiences? So are we, which is why we created our product, in order to bring more personality and verve back to the Web. In short, the product is a super slick authoring tool allowing ecommerce brands like L’Oreal to build their own interactive Web Stories.

If you’ve not come across Web Stories before, it’s a new standards compliant format from Google. Think Instagram stories on steroids, which you can deploy anywhere on the Web.

We’ve seen Web Stories blow up the past 18 months, so intend to become the leading tool for desiging and managing web stories.

As such we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of this amazing journey.

Our product let content/marketing team create awesome Stories in minutes thanks to pre-designed templates. The technical integration is very quick and low. You can multi-distribute your Stories on your website, app, emails, Whatsapp, Social Media etc and track all the KPIs like you would do on any web page.

Our clients are e-commerce players like L'Oréal brands. They use Stories to humanize their product pages and break buying frictions thanks to authentic mobile content. Also Media groups that want to share information in a new way and monetize a new inventory. We also have startups clients that use Web Stories as a way to diffuse visual mobile-first job offer!

We believe that design will be the key differentiatior in the success of our product. As such this role is a ket strategic hire for us.

This is a central position as the first designer in the team. You will work closely with Nicolas (Co-founder) and the engineering team to build and iterate quickly on the product.

We expect a broad set of design skills, and ability to create high-quality designs, interactions and prototypes. It’s both how it works and how it looks. Speed, interactions, and small details matter.

Your missions :

• Creating all the user interface of the product
• Be the UI and design system expert, bridging brand and product design
• Design smart workflows and beautiful interactions
• Own user research, user flows, site maps, design system improvements, wireframes, UI and prototypes
• Establish and foster design-led culture and process

• 5+ years of experience leading and designing interactive applications
• Excellent visual, UI and interaction skills
• You have experience in designing systems identities, grid and type systems for web, desktop and mobile
• You master the art of beautiful high-fidelity mockups for your designs and prototypes
• Prototyping is natural for you: Figma, Sketch, Principle, Framer, Origami, Invision or equivalent have no secret for you
• You've got a strong eye to detail (typography, layout, color theory and pixel)
• You're skilled in user research, user experience, interaction design and visual design
• You're a problem-solver: You have an analytical mind and can navigate through complex UX obstacles in a thoughtful and logical way
• You're able to clearly articulate and communicate design decisions
• You enjoy crafting software used by hundreds of thousands of people
